Liliana, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed Occupational Therapist, founded Integrative Methods in 2010. She received a Master in Education with a specialization in Educational Psychology at Florida Atlantic University, completed her ABA coursework at Nova Southeastern University, and obtained her Occupational Therapy specialty in Florida International University. Liliana is also the founder of a 501c3 non-profit organization, Behavior Links, offering free and low-cost services locally and internationally. She is also a founding board member of the South Florida Applied Behavior Analysis chapter. Liliana was the recipient of the Charles Kimber Public Service Award for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis in the Community at the 42nd Annual FABA Conference. 

Liliana has presented in conferences on different topics throughout the years to include oral presentations on the stimulus control of phonetic reading, the ethical implications on treating interfering stereotypy, parent training, supervision of RBTs in schools and was invited to be part of an ethics panel for small practice owners. Her experience as an occupational therapist and behavior analyst expands across the lifespan from newborn to the elderly and diagnosis to include genetic syndromes, neuromuscular disorders, and neurobehavioral diagnosis. She is trained in neuromuscular techniques, neurosensory based treatment, augmentative and alternative communication, and in the treatment of severe problem behavior. She enjoys collaborating across disciplines and connecting neurology with applied treatment.  

Since joining Integrative Methods in 2019, Krystal has been the cornerstone of our administrative operations. With a handling of insurance and claims, she provides the essential structure that allows our clinical team to remain focused on clinical care.  She approaches every situation with a kind, flexible approach, ensuring that the logistical side of our families' journey is as seamless and supportive as their therapy.

Paola is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Paola started as an RBT at Integrative Methods and smoothly transitioned into the BCBA role at Integrative Methods. With close to 10 years experience, she provides services to children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years old.

Throughout her career, Paola has worked with individuals diagnosed with a variety of disabilities, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Angelman Syndrome, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and Intellectual Disabilities. She is particularly passionate about utilizing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices to help individuals find their voices and connect with the world around them and advocating for sensory differences. She has also dedicated time to supporting underserved communities, including working with low-income families and collaborated with Behavior Links, a non-profit organization, to support individuals in Haiti and to advocate for cross-cultural connections in behavior support. Her role as a job coach at Behavior Links allowed her to develop valuable skills in training adults to work independently, including her work at Florida International University.

This diverse experience has shaped Paola's approach to promoting individualized, compassionate care and fostering independence. She values collaboration with stakeholders and works diligently to enhance connections between her clients and their communities.

Kharla is a dedicated member of the IM team, bringing a high level of organization to our operational management. She assists with the critical authorization process and leads general audits to ensure our clinic maintains the highest standards of excellence. Kharla supports staff, clients and families with care and professionalism. She values clear communication, efficient coordination, and fostering a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the organization.
